Sydney Sweeney recently shared an anecdote about being bitten by a spider while filming the movie "Anyone But You." During an appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark, she revealed that there was a scene in the movie featuring a huntsman spider, and during filming, the real spider bit her hand, causing her a lot of pain and leaving horrible marks. The 26-year-old actress had to take medication for the spider bite, emphasizing the potential danger of wildlife in Australia, where the movie was filmed.
She also mentioned the incident during an appearance on the Today show, explaining that the crew initially thought she was adding a dramatic touch to her performance when the spider bit her during a scene. It was only the actor Glen who realized that she was actually being bitten by a spider, as he noticed a change in her voice tone.
In addition to the spider incident, the movie's director, Will Gluck, revealed that a sequence in the film was shot in shark-infested waters in Sydney, Australia. "Anyone But You" is set to be released in theaters on December 22nd.
