Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will celebrate December 25th stateside at their home in Los Angeles
The festive Christmas celebrations of the royal family have commenced with King Charles and Queen Camilla attending a traditional Christmas Eve church service at St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham.
The 75-year-old monarch appeared to be in high spirits as he greeted well-wishers with a cheery wave and engaged in conversations with dog owners on his way to the church.
Queen Camilla, Princess Anne, and Sir Timothy Laurence accompanied King Charles on this joyful occasion.
The royal entourage was warmly received by crowds at the Sandringham estate, with many onlookers capturing the moment by taking photos.
Equerry Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Thompson ensured the safe arrival of the king and senior royals at the church.
Later today, the Prince and Princess of Wales, their children, and other senior royals will join King Charles and Queen Camilla at the Norfolk estate for the festive celebrations.
However, it has been reported that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be celebrating December 25th in Los Angeles, rather than joining the royal family in Norfolk.
Contrary to rumors, it has been clarified that the king and queen are not hosting a larger-than-expected family gathering with Camilla’s family at Sandringham.
