Jeremy Renner recently opened up about his decision to resume driving a snowplow following a near-fatal accident last year.
During an appearance on the Ellen K Morning Show on KOST 103.5 FM, the Marvel star explained his perspective on facing challenges.
Renner emphasized the importance of confronting fears and not allowing them to hinder personal growth.
The 52-year-old actor shared that he has always approached difficulties by directly addressing them, stating, "I always go to the eye of the storm.
I’ve always done that since I was a kid." Renner expressed his determination not to let fear dictate his actions, leading him to overcome his apprehensions and operate the snowplow once again.
Reflecting on the emotional impact of his accident, Renner disclosed that memories of the incident sometimes resurface, particularly during certain activities such as stretching at the gym.
He acknowledged experiencing unexpected moments of sadness, adding, "I have no idea why."
Renner also discussed his upcoming EP titled "Love and Titanium," scheduled for release on January 19.
He described the music as a personal diary entry and a source of healing for himself, expressing his hope that it will resonate with others who have been part of his journey and recovery.
Overall, Renner sees his music as a way to share his healing process with others, aiming to provide comfort and inspiration to those facing their own challenges.
